Installation Tool for Tensioning Bandwheel Belts – for Wood-Mizer LT15

Our installation tool for tensioning bandwheel belts has been specifically developed for the Wood-Mizer LT15. It is precisely designed for use with matching V-belts that fit tightly and without play into the groove of the bandwheel pulleys – unlike the factory-installed B57 belts, which often sit loosely and are merely held in position by the saw blade.

Thanks to the precise fit of our system, resin, sawdust, and other residues cannot accumulate beneath the belt – a common problem with conventional belts. Especially when cutting resin-rich woods such as larch or pine, this often leads to belt deformation, which in turn can cause peaks in blade tension. Our system effectively prevents this, ensuring smooth and trouble-free sawing operation.
