Terms and Conditions (T&C) - Holz Hesener

1. Scope

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Holz Hesener and its customers who purchase products and services through the Holz Hesener online shop.

1.2. Deviating or additional agreements require the written consent of Holz Hesener.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

2.2. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is only concluded when Holz Hesener confirms the order and dispatches the goods.

2.3. Holz Hesener reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. The prices in the Holz Hesener online shop include the statutory value-added tax.

3.2. Payment for the ordered goods is made by the payment method chosen by the customer. Holz Hesener accepts common payment methods such as bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

4.1. Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping costs are determined according to the prices set out in the shipping conditions.

4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. Holz Hesener will endeavor to adhere to the specified delivery times but cannot be held liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Holz Hesener in writing (by email or post) of their decision.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Holz Hesener warrants that the delivered products are free from material and manufacturing defects.

6.2. Holz Hesener shall not be liable for damages caused by improper handling, incorrect storage, or misuse of the products.

7. Data Protection

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8.2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the registered office of Holz Hesener, provided that the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code.

8.3. Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
