Installation Tool for Tensioning Bandwheel Belts – for Wood-Mizer LT20 and LT40

Our installation tool for tensioning bandwheel belts has been specifically developed for the Wood-Mizer LT20 and LT40. It is precisely designed for use with matching V-belts that sit tightly and without play in the groove of the bandwheel pulleys – unlike the factory-installed B57 belts, which often sit loosely and are merely held in position by the saw blade.

Thanks to the precise fit of our system, resin, sawdust, and other residues cannot accumulate beneath the belt – a common issue with conventional belts. Especially when cutting resin-rich woods such as larch or pine, this often leads to belt deformation, which in turn can cause peaks in blade tension. Our system effectively prevents this, ensuring smooth and trouble-free sawing operation.
