Bandwheel belt for Wood-Mizer machines

Our bandwheel belt replaces the original B57 belt used on Wood-Mizer sawmills.
The belt is designed with higher tension and can only be installed safely using our dedicated installation tool.

Advantages of our bandwheel belt:

• Precise fit in the pulley groove – no lateral play

• No buildup of debris – sawdust and resin cannot accumulate beneath the belt

• Longer service life and smoother operation – trouble-free running thanks to consistent belt tracking

⚠️ Important note:
This system works exclusively with our bandwheel belt.
Belts from other manufacturers are sometimes produced with a crowned belt surface, which can cause the saw blade to jump off the bandwheel.
Only our precisely matched belt, in combination with the installation tool, ensures safe and stable operation.
