Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Goods that have small (surface) scratches for production-related reasons. These scratches may occasionally occur on the delivered goods but do not affect the function of the parts and therefore do not constitute grounds for complaint. As such scratches are a natural occurrence that cannot always be completely avoided during the manufacturing process, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products exhibiting such scratches. This exclusion does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

3.1. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us).

3.2. The reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract (provided that we have received your return within this period in full).

4. Return of Goods

4.1. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
